Did you receive the "Sorry, we can't find your order. Please contact Customer Service" message when trying to initiate a return? If yes please take a look at the below potential reasons why you may be having difficulties:

- Have you entered the original Thule.com order number as seen on your order confirmation email?
- Are you using the zip code or postal code of the billing address?
- Have you entered your email exactly as it was when you placed your order? It is case sensitive.
- Has the whole order been delivered? The form will not register until your complete order has been received.
